When starting with Paylogic one receives a secured account to the Paylogic back office system. This system is the main dashboard in operating, controlling and monitoring ticket sales. With this account one can easily set up an event in a few minutes, with the entire event data which is required. When everything is filled out the event can be published.

Instantly the ticket sales become visible on the event website and tickets can be bought by visitors. There are hardly any limitations in the possibilities of event management; complete seat plans can be inserted (by Paylogic or the event company) and any kind of ticket can be created; children tickets, tickets per entrance, discount tickets with promotional codes and many other functionalities. You can start one event or a sequence of events with similar data in the same amount of time.

Customer Relationship Management

The back office: A free CRM-system; get to know your customer!

All the data collected by the system is saved in a private database for customer information for the event company, through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-system. As the event company is the only owner of consumer data it is complete ownership to the event company, Paylogic can not in any way use this data.

The data warehouse which is automatically built up through ticket sales is a very valuable asset. The event organizer can find any data on any visitor for any event. It is possible to segment the data to location, gender, age and any other data you can think of, presented in practical and attractive overviews.

Also is this data exported in any form to any other (CRM) system, also simply by CSV or Excel. On the other hand the data can be directly targeted as there are direct mailing and direct SMS tools in the back office. Consumers, or a segment of them, can at all times be directly reached for marketing or information.
