Having your own ticket shop on your own website is of course great, but what you don’t want is having to answer the calls of people which have questions or complaints about ordering the tickets. Therefore Paylogic offers a customer service. The Paylogic Customer Service exists out of a very dedicated team with the sole purpose of giving your customers the most sufficient answers to all questions concerning your order at Paylogic.
We always try to do this within 48 hours but always keep in mind the urgency of your questions. You can reach the Customer Service Team via either e-mail (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) or via telephone (see opening hours [below]) from your own country or abroad. Our dedicated team has a specific care about questions and will always try to answer questions as quick as possible. To give the best information we offer the My-Paylogic website on which visitors can always track orders or download E-tickets if needed. Paylogic is constantly trying to improve their service and are open to listen to any suggestions for improvement.
